Tim is the Executive Creative Director at Leo Australia, where he helps steer the creative output for brands including Destination NSW, Diageo, Prime Video and Suncorp’s insurance portfolio.
He began his career at TBWA Melbourne in 2013 after topping the fiercely competitive AWARD School. While there he also worked out of TBWA\Chiat\Day Los Angeles (helping land the Twitter account) and TBWA\London. In 2017 he joined DDB Sydney, quickly rising to Creative Director.
Tim’s work has picked up almost every major global honour - Cannes Lions (including multiple Golds), One Show Gold, D&AD Pencils, 2 Spikes Grand Prix, and Gold Effies. He’s been ranked among The Drum’s Top 100 most awarded creatives worldwide, and has judged award shows from MAD Stars and AWARD Awards in APAC to Dubai Lynx in the MENA region.
He’s worked with global giants like McDonald’s, Volkswagen and HBO, and brings deep experience across Healthcare, Insurance, Banking, Entertainment, Automotive and FMCG.
Tim is passionate about creating work that works, and more importantly, work the world hasn’t seen before. When not cringing at writing bios in the third person, he’s walking his Labrador, Ollie, or browsing furniture he absolutely can’t afford online.
